OVERVIEW

Villa Sol Post is a modern architect designed villa with 5 bedrooms with incredible panoramic  sea views and even more spectacular sunset views from the gardens & pool area. The villa is located close to the area and beach of Cala Salada and near to the beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Gracioneta. The busy resort of San Antonio is close by but if you choose not to go there then you will not even know it is there, however San Antonio does have some iconic places to visit including Pikes, Cafe Mambo and the area around the Marina has some excellent restaurants.

The villa has been constructed over 3 floors

You enter at the ground floor with large open plan living / dining & kitchen area which leads directly to the pool and gardens.
The kitchen is modern with large fridge freezer
The living area is a mix of whitewashed walls and polished concrete, and floor to ceiling windows leading to the gardens and pool
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, and one of these bedrooms has twin beds, air con, en suite bathroom and a separate entrance which leads to the gardens and pool. The other bedroom has a double bed, air con and en suite bathroom.

There is a lower ground level with another bedroom with twin beds, air con and en suite bathroom.

On the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms, both with a double bed, air-con and en suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms can also accommodate an extra bed to sleep 11 in the villa in total if required. The first floor also has an office space.

Outside

There is a covered dining & seating area that is accessed from the main living area on the ground floor which leads to the large swimming pool and at the far end of the garden is a simple chill out area with sofas.

LOCATION

The closest beach to Villa Sol Post is the sandy bay at Cala Salada, 1.7 kilometres away. This is now a car free beach; a park and ride scheme operates in the summer months.
Opposite the villa is a traditional and cute eatery, Café Restaurant Can Pou which offers a very good an varied menu, open from midday.

Other nearby beaches include Cala Gracio (3.1 kilometres) and the smaller bay of Cala Gracioneta (3.3 kilometres) which you can reach by following the coastal path is around   

San Antonio divides opinion; a bit like Marmite. If it's not for you then it's easy to ignore and bypass. If it happens to be right up your street then San Antonio Bay is 3.1 kilometres with O Beach, Café Mambo and Cafe del Mar a similar distance.

The sandy beach at Cala Bassa is where you will find Cala Bassa Beach Club and is 12.5 kilometres

Further down the west coast is Cala Tarida (13 kilometres), a long sandy beach with a wide choice of restaurants to choose from that range from the traditional C'as Mila to Cotton Beach Club.

Cala Comte is a favourite beach for sunsets (14.3 kilometres) although the views from the villa are pretty impressive so you'll be forgiven for enjoying then tranquility of your own space   

The centre of Ibiza Town can be reached in 20 minutes (17 kilometres) where you have, among other things, many restaurants, bars and shops; as well as Pacha, the harbour and marina for boats and yachts of all sizes and budgets.

Salinas beach is 26 kilometres (with beach restaurants and beach clubs including Jockey Club, Sa Trinxa, Malibu and Beso beach) and the same distance is Es Cavallet beach for El Chiringuito beach restaurant, La Escollera and Chiringay.

Head to the bay of Cala Jondal (22 kilometres) for Blue Marlin beach club, Yemanja, Jondal and Tropicana Beach Club.  

There are many more smaller beaches and bays, each with a unique beach restaurant, to discover and most within a 30-minute drive from the villa

Ibiza also has many traditional villages with fantastic restaurants; nearby to the villa is San Agustin where you will find the traditional restaurant Can Berri Vell
