OVERVIEW
Villa Casa Agua is a super modern villa with 5 bedrooms, set
among pine trees and close to Cala Tarida beach (west coast of
Ibiza). This high specification, fully equipped villa has the

The villa has 2 main sections
In the main building is the master bedroom on the upper floor with
Emperor size double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom.
Direct access to a large roof terrace with Jacuzzi and sea
views
On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining and living area
Behind the kitchen is an additional bedroom with its own entrance,
double bed, en suite bathroom and terrace
From the living room you can access a part shaded chill out area
with bean bags.
To the left are the 3 additional bedrooms all with super king
double beds, sea views, air conditioning and an en suite
bathroom

Between the main house and the additional bedrooms is a shaded area with seating that looks over to the pool and sea beyond
The large swimming pool is 25 metres long and 5 metres wide with loungers, parasols and views across the pine trees and down to the sea

San Antonio for Pikes, O Beach, Café Mambo is about 10

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Casa Agua is a very impressive modern 5 bedroom villa on the west coast of Ibiza near Cala Tarida. In our experience and opinion many modern villas can lack personality & feel a little unloved, but this is not the case with Casa Agua. This villa is ideal for families with older children & for couples.It is also an excellent venue for weddings & events with stunning sea views and even more stunning sunsets. We don't recommend this villa if you have toddlers as the outside are is split level and there is rather a large water feature with stepping stones so if you are travelling with children then you will need someone to keen a very beady eye on them We love the decor, very well thought out great quality, with some quirky artwork to put a smile on anyone face. The bathrooms are open plan and most do not have frosted glass..but then you are sharing a bed with someone so seeing them naked in the shower shouldn't be too much of a shock ! 3 bedrooms are located close together in the adjoining annexe section, all with en-suite bathroom. The 5th bedroom is a little smaller & will suit older children or staff. This room has access to small kitchen so can offer independence if that's what you need. The master bedroom is on the top floor and is definitely the best room so we suggest you decide who is taking that room before you arrive - amazing views, stand also bathtub and access to a huge terrace with a Jacuzzi - perfect for sunset. The villa is very white so you will probably need your sunglasses on from the moment you wake to to the moment the sun goes down. The outside kitchen is superb -one of the best we have seen in Ibiza, very well equipped including an authentic pizza oven Casa Agua really is a very special place to stay in Ibiza
