VILLA LUA
OVERVIEW
Villa Lua is a modern villa on the west of Ibiza close to Cala Tarida beach with sea & sunset views and set amongst the pine trees. The villa has 3+ bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom, air conditioning and direct access to terraces.
The villa is constructed over 4 floors
On the top floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, air
con and roof terrace. This bedroom also has a separate entrance
with external staircase as well as stairs to connect to the lower
floor.
The ground floor has a modern galley kitchen, dining area and
living room with floor to ceiling windows and sea views through the
pine trees. The living room also leads to the terrace and covered
seating area
The 3 additional bedrooms (all with en suite bathroom and air con)
and all have patio doors leading to the terrace and pool.
The décor in all rooms is modern and cosy

LOCATION
The nearest beach to the villa is Cala Tarida (4 kilometres), a 900 metre long sandy bay with many restaurants, and with some shops in this resort. Popular places to eat range from Cas Mila a traditional beachfront restaurant popular with locals and tourists for seafood, to Cotton Beach Club, a lively bar and restaurant, with everything in between.
San Agustin is a small traditional village which has one of the
best restaurants in the area, Can Berri Vell (3.5 kilometres)
The larger village of San Jose (Sant Josep) is 4 kilometres and
has a wider choice of about 10 restaurants and 2 decent size
supermarkets.
Es Cubells (10 kilometres) is another traditional village with 2 traditional restaurants, a church square and sea views, follow the coast road path for a few more kilometres to Restaurante Ses Boques, a fantastic laidback seafood restaurant situated on the pebbly beach.
Smaller beaches nearby including Cala Moli (6 kilometres), Cala Codolar (6.7 kilometres) and the sunset beach at Cala Comte,(7 kilometres) whilst large nearby beaches include Cala Vadella (8 kilometres) with its family friendly sandy bay and beachfront restaurants ana Cala Bassa 11 kilometres).
San Antonio Bay is 11 kilometres, although the beach is not the best attraction in San Antonio with sunset bars Café del Mar and Café Mambo, Pikes and O Beach some of the popular places.
Ibiza Town is a mist visit for shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife (including Lio, Pacha & Heart) and the culture that includes the Medieval old town Dalt Vila which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
