VILLA JADE
OVERVIEW
Villa Jade (18 People) has 9 bedrooms and is a traditional finca
that has been renovated to provide high quality villa rental close
to Cala Vadella beach on the west coast of Ibiza
The villa is set in a small valley with pine tree covered hills
flanking the house. The plot is a huge 80,000 square metres and
from a viewing point in the grounds you can see Es Vedra island and
you will also have sunset views.
The bedrooms are split across 2 villas to provide 9 bedrooms and sleep 18
The villa is single storey with most bedrooms having independent
entrance
The main house consists of the fully equipped traditional style
kitchen with Sabina wood ceiling and exposed stone walls, living
area; again, with Sabina wood ceiling and exposed brick walls; and
a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. At the front of
house is another small bedroom that shares the bathroom in the main
house with bedroom 1 and also with bedroom 7.
To the right of the main house there are 2 independent bedrooms about 20 metres away. Both bedrooms have independent entrance, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. These bedrooms have twin mattresses in a double bed frame so can be prepared for you as either double or twin bed are required.
To the left of the main house are 2 further bedrooms, both with independent entrance, air conditioning and en suite bathroom.
The 7th bedroom is behind the main house and shares the bathroom in the main house with bedrooms 1 and 2
There is another small 2 bedroom house with bedrooms 8 & 9 which both have air conditioning and share a bathroom

Outside
The main swimming pool has an infinity edge and measures 15 metres is x 5 metres wide and there is a small plunge pool next to the large and well equipped outside dining and BBQ area which, again, has traditional style ceiling with Sabina wood; charcoal BBQ, gas hob, gas grill, sink, bench style seating and chill out corner.
The villa is mostly solar powered and sits within a protected area of natural beauty in Ibiza.
The villa is close to the road that runs between Sant Josep and Cala Vadella so guests should expect some road noise, although this is not a main or a particularly busy road by day or by night.

tastes located next to the beach
Close to Cala d'Hort beach (8 kilometres), a mostly sandy beach

Cala Tarida beach is 9 kilometres away; along sandy beach with traditional beach restaurants and the more lively Cotton Beach Club
More lively beach clubs can be found 14 kilometres away at Cala Bassa (Cala Bassa Beach Club) in the west and to the south at Cala Jondal (15 kilometres) for Blue Marin and Tropicana 15 kilometres, and Salinas (23 kilometres) for Jockey Club, Sa Trinxa, Malib and Beso Beach
If smaller, simple beaches with traditional restaurants are what you are looking for then head to Cala Carbo beach nearby only 6 kilometres and Ses Boques (14 kilometres)
The closest village San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) is 5 kilometres away with a decent supermarket and good choice of restaurants, as well as being the gateway village to reach other west coast beaches and getting to Ibiza Town (21 kilometres) and beaches in the south

WHAT WE THINK
Great villa; good for holidays, events including weddings. This villa is close to 2 other villas so in total between 3 houses it is possible to sleep 24 people. The panoramic views from the grounds towards Es Vedra are amazing. There is a road the runs close to the villa to the beach at Cala Vadella but we don't think you will be disturbed.

KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

And splitting hairs, the WiFi wasn't great but that is what it is. Otherwise all fantastic.
Villa Jade is a really lovely 5/6/78/9 bedroom villa that is great for families, friends and also is great for weddings It's a traditional villa with touches of old & new 2 bedrooms have been built much more recently. There is also a newly built 7th bedroom - the only room without fixed air-conditioning - but it does have a portable air-con unit. All bedrooms have a separate entrance so everyone gets privacy (but near in mind if you have young children) There is a circular pool and a larger pool located via a few steps The covered dining area & outside kitchen is perfect for lazy dining & swapping stories from the night before & making plans for the day ahead. About 100 metres from the villa is a Balinese style say bed with views to the rock of Es Vedra & amazing sea & sunset views. Easy to get to the beach at Cala Vadella & to San Josep village for more restaurants, Ibiza Town can be reached in about a 25 minute drive. Villa Jade is a really chilled place to stay in Ibiza, and we think you will feel relaxed from the moment you walk through the gates
