OVERVIEW
Villa Pepa is a modern villa situated only 1 kilometre to the sandy beach of Cala Vadella; and from this villa you also have access to a rocky cove.
There are 3 bedrooms; all with air conditioning, en suite bathroom and sea views. The master bedroom has electronic black out blinds and curtains

The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a double bed
(200 cms x 200 cms) floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning and
an open plan en suite bathroom which includes separate shower and
bathtub with sea views

The other 2 bedrooms are also on the split level first floor and
share a terrace with loungers, dappled shade and sea views (sunset
views at certain times of the year).
One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has twin beds.
Both of these bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite bathroom
with shower (views to the hills and sea from the bathroom.
The ground floor is split level with fully equipped modern kitchen and the living room
The kitchen leads to the outside dining area; and external steps
lead to the pool.
The living room is a few steps down from the kitchen. From the
living area you can access the terrace, loungers and pool.

In the gardens in front of the pool is a chill out area with seating and sea views
Head down the steps and follow the path to a rocky cove and the waters edge (not suitable for children or anyone without decent fitness level as the path is a bit haphazard)

LOCATION
Cala Vadella beach is 1 kilometre, with a family friendly sandy beach and beachfront restaurants including a mix of traditional and Mediterranean including Can Jaume, Bon Sol, Maria Luisa and Cana Sofia. Tecnically walking distance but a pretty steep walk back up the hill, particularly in the heat of summer
Cala d'Hort is 6 kilometres away with views to Es Vedra and traditional seafood beachfront restaurants including Restaurante El Carmen
Cala Tarida is 8 kilometres; a long sandy beach with beach restaurants including Cotton Beach Club
With many other beaches, beach restaurants and beach clubs within a 25 minute drive
San Jose (Sant Josep) village is 10.6 kilometres
Es Cubells village is 10.4 kilometres

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
