OVERVIEW
Villa Palomita (also known as Sa Plana de Baix) is 1 kilometre from the small sandy bay of Port des Torrent and with about 5 restaurants close to the beach. Port des Torrent is situated in the west coast of Ibiza between Cala Bassa and San Antonio and less than 4 kilometres from then traditional village of San Agustin
There are 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning
There are 4 bathrooms; of which 3 are en suite
Two bedrooms are on the first floor
Both have double beds, air conditioning and en suite

On the ground floor are the 2 other bedrooms
One with double bed frame with twin mattresses, air conditioning

The 4th bathroom is next to then 4th bedroom
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including large fridge freezer, and has access to the outside dining and pool area externally and internally leads to a modern living room which leads to:

a terrace area with shade and to the swimming pool. On one side of the terrace are outdoor sofas and on the other is the outdoor dining area.
Next to the pool is a chill out area with double size loungers and bean bags with partial shade and another dining area with bench style seating, and some large parasols.

On the far side of the pool is another double size day bed / chill out area

Villa Palomita allows you to choose to explore either the traditional ide of Ibiza or the lovelier side of Ibiza; or a combination of both to suit your mood on the day.
Port des Torrent beach is 1 kilometre
For traditionalists you are less than 4 kilometres from the cute village of San Agustin with a couple of restaurants including the perennial favourite Can Berri Vell for traditional dining. Head to San Jose (Sant Josep) village (10 kilometres) for more authentic restaurants experiences
For small beaches head to Cala Escondida and Cala Conta (Cala Compte) about 6 kilometres
For the livelier side of Ibiza Cala Bassa and Cala Bassa Beach

The perfect location if you want to be walking distance to beach and restaurants and a short taxi ride to San Antonio. Very nicely refurbished villa. Not really overlooked although there are houses that back on to the garden and pool area

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
