Villa Finca Guerxonet is located in the small village of San Agustin (Sant Agusti) close to the large village of San Jose (Sant Josep), Cala Bassa and San Antonio on the west coast of ibiza.
There are 5+ bedrooms and the villa dates back to the early 1700's with oodles of charm and character

LOCATION
300 metres from the small traditional village of San Agustin (Sant Agusti des Vedra). There are a couple of restaurants here including the traditional and perennial favourite Can Beri Vell
The other nearby village is San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) (5 kilometres) that is often referred to as the Gateway to the west coast beaches. There are about 10 restaurants and 2 decent supermarkets with large supermarkets in San Antonio

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
