OVERVIEW
Villa Cuna is a traditional villa that occupies a hilltop
position only 400 metres from the traditional village of San Jose
(Sant Josep de sa Talaia), and is set within a large plot of 15,000
square metres with rural views.
The villa has 3+ bedrooms and its history dates back over 200
years
The villa has been constructed over 2 floors
On the first floor is the master bedroom which has a double bed,
air conditioning, en suite bathroom and a terrace that looks over
the pool and with countryside views to the distance
On the ground floor are the 3 additional bedrooms
A bedroom with double bed and air conditioning
2 bedrooms with twin beds and fans
The second bathroom is on the ground floor
The traditional style kitchen has a dining table and steps
leading to a small mezzanine level with seating
The living room has high ceilings with traditional Sabina wood

In addition a large gazebo style shaded dining area adjacent to the pool with a Weber gas BBQ
The large swimming pool is chlorine free (Salt water) and measures 12 metres x 5.5 metres

LOCATION
Villa Cuna is 400 metres to the village of San Jose (Sant Josep
de sa Talaia)
In this traditional village are the obligatory church, about 10
restaurants, including one or two that are normally open for
breakfast, and two medium size supermarkets (Hiper Centro and
Spar)
San Jose is the gateway to the west coast beaches and also only about a drive of 20 minutes to Ibiza Town and some of the best beaches in the south
To the west you have many beaches to choose from:
For family friendly beaches head to Cala Vadella (7.5 kms) and
Cala Tarida (8 kms)
For livelier beaches head to Cala Bassa (9.4 kms) for Cala Bassa Beach Club, Cala Tarida (8 kms) again for Cotton Beach Club, Cala Jondal (8 kms) for Blue Marlin beach club, Playa den Bossa (14 kms) for Beach House, Ushuaia, Nassau Beach Club and Salinas beach (17.5 kms) for Jockey Club and Sa Trinxa
For small and traditional beaches head to Ses Boques (8 kms), Cala Carbo (9.4 kms) and Cala d'Hort (11 kms)
For sunsets head to Cala Comte (Cala Conta) (11.5 kms) and to Cafe Mambo / Cafe del Mar (9.6 kilometres) and Cala d'Hort (11 kms) where you can also get that perfect Instagram sunset image with Es Vedra as your backdrop
In the cooler months take the 45 to 60 minute walk up to the top of sa Talaia; the highest mountain in Ibiza for spectacular, dramatic and panoramic views across huge parrs of the coastline.
For nearby small and traditional villages visit San Agustin (Sant Agusti des Vedra) 3.5 kilometres away and Es Cubells just under 7 kilometres. Ibiza Town is 15 kilometres to the centre for all the shopping, dining, people watching, history you are looking for on holiday.

Lovely villa with character and charm. In the warner months you'll appreciate the breeze you get from being on top of the hill. Before June and from October it could be a little blustery at times

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
