OVERVIEW
Villa Omnia was built in 2017 and offers modern boutique style
high-end luxury living in a great location. Only 700 metres from
the traditional village of San Jose (Sant Josep) where there are
about 10 restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Easy access to
Ibiza Town in one direction (about 20 minutes) & the west coast
sandy beaches in the other (about 5 to 10 minutes).
Sea views by day and sunset views in the distance towards San Antonio.
The villa has been constructed on one floor offering 5 almost identically sized bedrooms. All bedrooms have en suite bathroom, air conditioning and direct access to the outside.

The villa is close to the road between Ibiza Town & the west coast, so if you stand outside without some background music on then you will hear some traffic noise, but inside you are insulated from any exterior noise

Villa Omnia really is a superb villa: built to a very high standard, close to amenities and easy to get to beaches, beach clubs and events around the White Isle.

Please not the couople that look after the villa (cleaning / gardening / pool cleaning etc) live within the grounds at the entrance but not visible from the villa or pool. The cleaner is available to prepare a simple breakfast or carry out additional tasks such as ironong if required at approx €25 per hour (this will be in addition to the 4 hours per day that is included).

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
